This Multidistrict Litigation involves a number of cases, centralized before this court, alleging that Defendants violated the antitrust laws by, among other things, dividing and allocating among themselves health insurance markets throughout the United States in order to eliminate competition. Defendants contest Plaintiffs’ claims. |
